This song is one you might not have heard before, but it was actually released over 2 years ago! It might not be as infamous as “Gin & Juice” or “The Next Episode” but it definitely sounds fresh and a little bit grimey- which is exactly what we love! Gold On The Ceiling- The Black Keys
Who doesn’t love The Black Keys, right? Well we do and that’s why they’re on our countdown! With all their success in the past year and a half they are one of the headlining bands at the festival this year- which is absolutely amazing for the band and also other musicians in the same genre.

Take A Walk- Passion Pit
Passion Pit have been off the scene for a little while, but this year is looks like there back and with a vengeance (or something). When we heard that these guys would be playing at Osheaga this year, we were beyond excited! They’ve been able to swoon their way into our souls this past year, and songs like this definitely make us feel good. It was a toss up between this and “Apartment”, but either would do. Osheaga Coutdown!
Everyday until Osheaga we’re going to share an audio link of some of our favourite artists playing at the huge outdoor music festival in Montreal this year. These are going to be songs that we just can’t get enough of and will pretty much be on repeat until the day that the festival begins! We’ll choose 12 awesome songs in honor of the 2012 festival- one everyday until the festival begins (August 3rd)! Stay tuned and check back starting Sunday July 22!
