Osheaga Countdown #3:

Midnight City- M83

There’s a reason why this song got as big as it did in the last year, even getting tons of radio play (which is more than a lot of artists in their genre can say). This is an amazing song, and still one of favourites from M83. If you can’t go to Osheaga, but will be in the GTA, you can still try getting tickets to see M83 and Justice at Fort York in Toronto.

Gold On The Ceiling- The Black Keys

Who doesn’t love The Black Keys, right? Well we do and that’s why they’re on our countdown! With all their success in the past year and a half they are one of the headlining bands at the festival this year- which is absolutely amazing for the band and also other musicians in the same genre.

Deadmau5 ft. Chris James with “The Veldt”!

There’s the iconic landscape, the elephant remains (aka the shadowy place), the Pride Rock look-a-like and there’s even a guest appearance from a lion. This reminds us so much of The Lion King in certain parts, (but it is definitely nothing like it at the same time). Maybe that’s the point, but either way it’s a neat visual for a great song!
