Osheaga Countdown #3:
Midnight City- M83
There’s a reason why this song got as big as it did in the last year, even getting tons of radio play (which is more than a lot of artists in their genre can say). This is an amazing song, and still one of favourites from M83. If you can’t go to Osheaga, but will be in the GTA, you can still try getting tickets to see M83 and Justice at Fort York in Toronto.
Osheaga Countdown #10:
Madder Red- Yeasayer
Since this is a summer outdoor festival, we decided to include this song from Yeasayer. The course of this song just reminds us of hanging out outdoors in the sunshine all day long (which is exactly what Osheaga is about). We’re looking forward to hearing these guys live for sure!
Osheaga Countdown #11:
Pharaohs- SBTKRT ft. Roses Gabor
Pronounced “Subtract” but spelled SBTRKT, is another artist we’re looking forward to seeing this year at Osheaga. He’s known for some amazing remixes, but original songs like this really get us excited. We can’t wait to see what one of his live shows is really like!
Twin Shadow with “Five Seconds”.
This type of sound is definitely coming back, especially after the movie Drive with Ryan Gosling (which is definitely a must see if you haven’t already). [read more here…]

Ra Ra Riot- Keep It Quiet
